    • Mayflower Families Through Five Generations" states: On 5 March 1667/8 Nathaniel was charged and again on 3 June 1668 summoned to Plymouth Colony General Court for telling a poisinous lie for which he was fined ten shillings. Nathaniel of Duxbury and George of Dartmouth filed complaint 5 July 1671 against Giles Slocum for unlawful entry on their lands in Dartmouth in 1669. The brothers, now of Dartmouth, with others filed claims 7 July 1685 for damages on land acquired (by their father, Pilgrim George) from the Indians 29 Nov 1652. Nathaniel died intestate and his widow, Rose, made bond as executrix 12 Oct 1699.
